- The $50 consultation fee is nonrefundable but will be credited towards the total cost of a Sisterlocks™ package.
- Consultations are required for all transfer clients. Transfer client consultations are free of charge. Acceptance of new clients will be determined same day.
- Clients must make a nonrefundable deposit of $250 to secure an establishment (locking) appointment. All monies will be applied to the total cost of the complete Sisterlocks™ package and the balance is due on the day of the locking session prior to the start of establishment. (Cash or money order only for remaining balance)
- Cancellations for new establishments are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
- Quoted price for Sisterlocks™ package is valid for 30 days. After that time, hair will need to be re-measured.
- If you will be more than 30 minutes late, you must call to confirm that your appointment can still be honored.
- Excessive cancellations and/or tardiness can cause for the denial of services.
- No call – No show will incur a $60 fee (1st occurrence), $60 fee + $60 deposit before a rescheduling (2nd occurrence), and after a 3rd occurrence there will be a refusal of future services.
- If shampoo service is not scheduled, wash hair within 24 hours of your appointment. Unclean hair will result in denial of service. You will need to reschedule your appointment.
- Same Day Cancellations will incur a $60 fee.
- The retightening rate begins at the appointment start time. (Does not apply if late start is due to consultant)
- The 1st follow-up (included in package) should be scheduled in 2-3 weeks. Appointments scheduled after 4 weeks will be charged a retightening fee.
